This is the first draft of the pilot. The site, the Android app, and the computer download are the same draft. Your keys are stored encrypted on the device that created them.

- Private notes, device keys, and a privacy scan. Typed I CONFIRM is required to rotate keys, turn off the tap lock or the fingerprint or face check, delete or list a note, start lockdown, close shared copies, send deletion notices, copy a note to the TOT desk, arm seats, confirm a dispatch card, file a Conductor packet, and seal a forum sitting.

Install from the browser.
Home screen on this device. After that, the command opens without the site.
Phone
Android app. iPhone home screen.
The Android file contains the app. It opens on the phone. It does not open a browser. Remove any older copy that opened a website before you install this one. On iPhone, use Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Computer
Windows, Mac, Linux.
Unzip the download and run the installer inside it. It removes old website shortcuts and the previous stack, then writes this draft. Notes already saved in the browser stay there.

Local tools.
Optional tools for this computer: connection blocking and a place to plug in a language model. A model is not required. These tools are not a public website.

Direct files above are the app. The Android package contains the command and does not open a browser. The signed Windows file in this drawer only opens a browser window — do not use it as the app.
Google Play is a Trusted Web Activity around this same URL — not a second WebView. Paste the Play signing SHA-256, then host the generated file at /.well-known/assetlinks.json.
Privacy Guard on an always-on node stays the hub. This does not replace Termux bundles and does not crawl other machines.
