Market without residual claim
A sale transfers a defined license, not the person. The buyer receives use under the named terms. The seller retains the right to exist unobserved.

Analytics, training, resale, and embedding are out of scope unless the license names them in plain language. Silence is prohibition.

Quanta
Settlement may occur in quanta, cash, or barter. The unit is a ledger convenience. It is not a claim on the seller's future records.

Bio lock
Unauthorized capture of a live key — shoulder, malware, compelled biometric replay — is a perimeter event. The seal may refuse even the device that holds it. Mechanical rhythms are spoof and stay inert.

Dead hand
On breach the fortress executes: shares die, mutations freeze, auto-unlock is refused. Ciphertext remains. Only the originating body plus Super Agent confirmation lifts it. Failure of any armed security section is the threshold.

Reclamation
Unauthorized copies discovered on the public surface may be legally locked and challenged. A signed notice is standing, not a raid. Hidden services are not entered; their public residual may be. The bomb, if it fires, renders a stolen copy inert inside the fortress — it does not cross the wire.
